Timber framed building replacement in Tewin

The Client approached me as he wished to replace the existing timber framed building which was poorly constructed and very cold.

Also, he wished to change a number of doors and windows at the rear of the property. My Client informed me that he was going to use a specialist timber framed company and just required me to obtain planning consent. I drew up the scheme and submitted to East Herts District Council for the required consent, which was duly approved.
