- instruct and liaise with a Structural Engineer regarding any necessary calculations etc. for inclusion with the Building Regulations Application
- advise on all Party Wall related matters together with any Tree Preservation Orders (TPO’s)
- prepare a Schedule of Works to enable the Clients to obtain accurate quotations from Building Contractors
- be available, if required, throughout the build process to assist and advise

Most of all, I understand my existing Clients have appreciated my day to day involvement in their project and my ability to advise them on all related matters such as Party Wall Awards, Schedule of Works, Building Regulations and structural calculations, together with the ability to recommend suitable
Contractors and oversee the project (if required). They know I am just a phone call away from the start of the project, through to it’s completion.
As a qualified RICS Building Surveyor, in addition to my planning and design service, I also can be instructed to undertake a full building survey of residential properties.
